We’ve built into each home everything you need for you to enjoy your home. A sleek and modern design, highly efficient windows and insulation throughout. All have a compact, energy efficient HVAC system providing for your climate controlled comfort year-round.
Beautiful durable flooring with much natural lighting throughout your home. Our kitchens offer great cabinetry for storage and a stove top for cooking. Our bathrooms are well equipped with a modern shower, efficient toilet, sink/cabinet combination and a great vanity cabinet.
We’ve designed two different versions of our Boss Modular Homes. Both are built to the same attention to precision and detail, just a difference in size of home and number of bedrooms.
JH40 Modular Home
Our JH40 is our more spacious home. Measures approximately 40 feet long, 8 feet wide, 8 feet tall with about 787 square feet of living space. Each home has 2 or 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is the spacious primary with one or two cozier secondary bedrooms. Open floor plan.
JH20 Modular Home
Our JH20 is just smaller, measuring approximately 20 feet long, 8 feet wide, 8 feet tall with about 387 square feet of living space. Each has a primary and secondary bedroom. Open floor plan.
Both of our models make wonderful homes for year round comfort and enjoyable living. They can be an ideal solution for various needs, such as: Lakeside Cottages, In-Law Suites, Airbnb or a great Pool House alongside your swimming pool for summer fun.
